What Information Do We Collect?

Personal Information
You are able to access much of the content on the Websites without submitting any Personal Information, although Non-Personal Information may still be collected. Certain areas of the websites allow you to submit Personal Information voluntarily, including areas where you can request more information about, or regarding, a AIDI  product or education. For these purposes, we may collect your name, mailing address, phone number and email address, and dental license number. We may also collect other information relating to a user’s device usage, age, and condition for market research purposes and communications about our devices.

Blog Comments and Other Interactive Features
Our Websites may include areas, such as blogs, where you can submit comments in response to posted content. In order to submit a comment, you must submit your name and email address. The content of any submitted comment is determined by you, but it may include Personal Information. Any communications you submit or post to any interactive features on our Websites may be viewable by other users of the Websites. Disclosures to Affiliates and Subsidiaries

Disclosures for Legal or Safety Reasons

Disclosure to Operations and Maintenance Contractors 
We may contract with third parties to provide services for the Websites. What About Changes to This Policy?

We will only use your Personal Information in the manner described in the Policy in effect when you provided the information.
